Hi Kerry, I wandered over to look through your blog and realised you’re living in Central Otago. I lived in Cromwell for 5 years, starting back in 1985. I loved the region, having grown up near Dunedin and holidayed in Arrowtown. Later I lived in Te Anau and Blenheim too. I was fairly passionate about South Island life.
It’s early Sunday morning as I reply here but your blog has gone into my google reader as a blog to follow. It’s heaven to get a taste of home. If you do come over, don’t hesitate to contact me for more information too. Anna is the expert but I tend to come to Genoa 2 or 3 times a year for 3-4 weeks at a time, and would happily share the things that feed my kiwi soul, there in that beautiful Italian city.

Thanks Anna. This is our landscape here. Have a look at http://www.thefieldofgold.blogspot.com Not many people here, only about 300,000 within 300 Kilometers. My son walked the Cinque Terra last year and just last night my wife mentioned she might like to as well. So we might come to Liguria and see if it is life home here in New Zealand. Kerry
